  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to diverse patients in their homes.

    • Perform essential clinical tasks, including observations, wound care, pressure area care, venepuncture, and catheter care (after training).
    • Communicate effectively within your team, with patients and their families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
