Requirements

• You have a valid driving licence and access to a car for getting to clients.
• You possess a genuine caring attitude and a desire to help others.
• You have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• You can work reliably on your own and also as part of a close knit team.
• You are willing to learn and can demonstrate basic IT skills for record keeping.

Salary Details
The pay for this role is £12.82 to £14.00 per hour, and you will be paid for all the training you complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and report any changes to ensure continuity of safe, effective care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to provide holistic support.
• Drive clients to appointments, helping them stay connected and engaged with their community.
