Agincare is hiring a Night Care Assistant for the Cordelia House Care Home, a 36-bed facility located in Fareham, Hampshire. The role focuses on providing excellent personalized care, supporting residents with daily activities, and fostering a sense of companionship. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care duties such as bathing and dressing
- Updating residents’ care plans
- Encouraging independence among residents
