Requirements
- Completion/close to completion of the IBMS registration portfolio for the certificate of competence
- HCPC registration or working towards HCPC registration within the next 6 months
- IBMS Accredited Biomedical Science degree (or completion of top-up modules)
- Experience working within a Clinical Laboratory in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of appropriate laboratory techniques, including Flow Cytometry and Morphological staining
- Awareness of the laboratory quality processes
- Full driving licence (required)

About the Role
As a Biomedical Scientist, you will join our expert team consisting of scientific, administrative, and medical staff. You will work independently and as part of a team to perform flow cytometry testing within the Immunophenotyping lab, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results. You will support the laboratory’s quality management system, participate in the training and mentoring of junior staff, and contribute to the development and implementation of new techniques and technologies.
