Salary Details
£12.21 per hour with full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week over an 18-month apprenticeship period
About the Role
This Business Administration Apprentice position sits within their busy Estates Stores Team, based in Wareham. You’ll play a crucial part in making sure the Trust’s engineering teams are fully equipped with the tools, parts, and materials they need to maintain essential NHS equipment across 60 sites.
From managing staff uniforms to helping run the day-to-day of the stores system, your support keeps things moving. The apprenticeship offers real-world experience, structured training, and the chance to work toward a Level 3 Business Administration qualification while surrounded by professionals who want you to succeed.
This isn’t just an admin job. It’s a stepping stone into the NHS, with room to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CAFM and Stores Manager with daily tasks
- Collate and prepare information for reports
- Help with stock control and inventory processes
- Provide administrative support across stores activities
- Assist in ensuring staff uniforms meet NHS standards
- Contribute to a culture of first-time fixes and efficiency
