Requirements
- Experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong grip on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data insights
- Familiarity with Tableau, Visio, or similar tools
- Good understanding of project workflows and documentation
- Programming in VBA or R for data reporting tasks
- Awareness of server environments and scripting (Bash/Unix) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to work across teams and clients
Salary Details
Salary is competitive, ranging from £41,000 to £45,000 per year based on experience and technical proficiency.

This isn’t your average analysis role. As a Business Analyst, you’ll sit at the crossroads of tech and business, helping shape systems that genuinely meet user needs. You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, using your eye for detail and your way with data to solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and refine business requirements through active collaboration
- Turn insights into action with structured documentation and analysis
- Use SQL and data tools to surface trends that drive smarter decisions
- Support system design with visual mapping and process improvements
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality outcomes
- Work across technical teams to confirm smooth delivery of solutions
- Stay curious by spotting areas for optimisation in live systems
- Apply programming know-how to streamline internal reporting
