About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide compassionate, dignified care to elderly residents. You’ll assist with personal care, meal support, and daily activities while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including hygiene and dressing.
• Offer sensitive support tailored to individual needs.
• Assist residents during mealtimes.
• Engage in conversations and activities, providing companionship.
