Job Summary

Gozone Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to deliver high-quality home care services to clients across Billingshurst. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement and follow care plans while maintaining accurate records of all care provided.
• Travel to clients’ homes across Billingshurst and surrounding areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure high standards of care.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or care needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in clients’ living environments.
• Work every other weekend as part of the care rota.

Technical Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• At least 2 years of experience in home care or similar roles.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good local knowledge of the Billingshurst area.
