Requirements

- Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Stafford, Staffordshire before starting work.

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients within their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to enable individuals to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Tasks include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may also involve accompanying clients to appointments, running errands, and providing emotional support. Whether you’re working mornings, evenings, or weekends, your contributions will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and provide feeding assistance when required.
- Prompt and administer medication in line with care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.
- Escort clients to appointments and social engagements.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
