Job Title: Care Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours per week)
Location: Swansea, covering post codes SA1, SA2, SA3, SA4, SA5, SA6, and SA7
Salary: Starting at £25,155.00 per year

Working Hours:

Shifts: Approximately 7 am to 2 pm, and 4 pm to 10 pm
Block Hour Services: Provided to clients as needed
Vehicle: Full driver’s license essential; car provided

Role Overview:

As a Care Assistant, you will support clients in their day-to-day lives, assisting with personal care, social activities, and health needs. You will work closely with our management team, other carers, and clients in their homes, ensuring high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assisting clients with personal hygiene and care needs
Meals: Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Community Engagement: Accompanying clients to community centers, shops, and visits to family and friends
Medication Management: Assisting with and managing medication schedules
Appointments: Accompanying clients to medical appointments
Household Tasks: Cleaning and maintaining household order
