Requirements
- Must be female and already living in the UK to apply
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
- Must have or be willing to work toward SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Strong communication skills and a calm, patient nature
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and empathy
- Confidence to respond in emergency situations
- Good with money handling and budgeting support
- Comfortable working varied shifts including 8, 10 or 12 hours, days or nights
Salary Details
They offer £12.82 to £13.32 per hour, depending on experience and shift type. You can expect to work no less than 40 hours per week if full time.

Key Responsibilities
- Help clients live more independently by supporting personal care, routines and choices
- Assist with medication, light housework, and practical day-to-day needs
- Provide emotional support through open conversation and active listening
- Support with budgeting and money management so clients feel in control
- Encourage leisure activities that promote wellbeing
- Attend appointments and liaise with external agencies
- Work closely with families to ensure consistent and respectful care
- Stay connected with a team of professionals to ensure holistic support
- Engage in training and team meetings to build skills and knowledge
