About the Role

If you’re someone who genuinely cares and wants to make a real difference each day, this one’s for you. As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes—helping with everything from morning routines and meals to medication reminders and friendly chats.

You’ll use a simple app to plan and log visits, so you stay focused on what matters most: delivering person-centred care with respect, patience, and empathy. And since you’ll be working with a small, local team, you’ll always feel backed up, not alone.

Whether you’ve worked in care before or this is your first time, you’ll get full training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care, meals, medication, and mobility
• Build trusting relationships through companionship and consistency
• Use an app to log notes, check schedules, and track visits
• Keep homes tidy with light housekeeping tasks
• Communicate with families and team members to ensure the best care
