Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Empathetic nature and a genuine desire to help others
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Familiarity with person-centred care principles
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential—training will be provided
Salary Details
Competitive pay package with mileage reimbursement and paid holidays. Rates increase with experience and additional training.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain dignity and comfort
- Support mobility and physical activities to promote independence and prevent isolation
- Engage in meaningful conversation to provide emotional reassurance and companionship
- Manage medication safely according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate care records to ensure continuity and quality of service
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance outcomes
- Encourage household participation to help clients stay active and connected in their environment

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check with satisfactory clearance before the start date.
