Requirements
- A genuine desire to care and connect with others
- Previous experience in a care home setting for older adults
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is a plus but not a deal-breaker
- Must currently reside in the UK to be eligible for sponsorship
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
