Job Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes to provide essential care and support.
• Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and remind clients to take medication.
• Help with shopping, errands, and light household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Person Specification

Essential Requirements

✔ Female applicants only – Due to the personal care needs of female clients, recruitment is restricted under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
✔ A kind, patient, and compassionate nature.
✔ Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
✔ Reliability and commitment to providing high-quality care.
✔ English language proficiency (required).
✔ Eligibility for a UK Skilled Worker Visa (sponsorship available).

Desirable Requirements

✔ A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
✔ Previous care experience (an advantage, but full training provided).
