Requirements
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable adults
- A kind, caring attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills with clear spoken English
- Must be 18 or older with the right to work in the UK
- Driving licence and car access for travel between home visits
- Current clean DBS check or willingness to apply
- Two UK-based references
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming to ensure comfort and dignity
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding to promote health and independence
- Administer medication safely following company training and guidelines
- Offer companionship to reduce loneliness and improve emotional wellbeing
- Assist with household tasks like cleaning and laundry to maintain safe living conditions
- Support clients’ independence by encouraging participation in daily routines
- Document care activities accurately to maintain transparency and trust
- Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
