As a care assistant, you’ll be working directly with clients, helping them with daily tasks, providing companionship, and ensuring they can continue living independently in their homes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication, and mobility
- Maintain records and communicate with family members and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure all care is provided with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Flexibility to adjust to different schedules and client needs
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
All applicants must undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before starting. This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, and any previous criminal convictions must be disclosed.
