Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
• Previous care experience is a plus but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A kind, patient nature with genuine interest in supporting others
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK or eligibility for sponsorship

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Help with dressing, mobility, and daily routines
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Administer medication following care plans
• Monitor and report health changes
• Keep living spaces clean and safe
• Follow personalised care plans and company policies
