What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you’ll be delivering person-centred care tailored to each client’s needs. No two days are the same. You’ll support people with their daily routines and provide companionship that truly makes a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Medication support and mobility assistance, including the use of equipment
• Meal preparation and feeding where necessary
• Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
• Supporting household tasks including light cleaning and laundry
• Encouraging clients to engage in hobbies, social activities, and personal interests

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends (fixed shifts, 4 weeks’ notice required for changes)
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• No prior experience required – full training provided
