Skills / Qualifications:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Essential experience in delivering personal care services
  • Understanding of Health and Social Care legislation and regulations
  • Scheduling experience in home care or relevant environment
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently under pressure
