About the Role

As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services. Your responsibilities will include recruiting candidates for care packages, identifying appropriate care levels, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. You will also be responsible for scheduling care shifts, completing staff supervisions, and monitoring the quality of care provided.
