Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on care experience
  • Background supporting individuals with learning disabilities or behavioural challenges
  • Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred
  • Confident supporting clients in community activities and outings
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
  • Comfortable with flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willing to travel across homes and community locations

Salary Details

Pay is competitive and aligned with experience and shift flexibility. This will be discussed during the recruitment stage.

About the Role

This isn’t a desk job. As a Care Support Worker, you’ll be out in the community supporting individuals with learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge. You’ll help them live with more independence, engage with the world around them, and feel safe and respected in their homes.

Whether you’re planning a trip out, cooking a warm meal, or offering steady emotional support, your role is central to the daily life of each client.
