Key Responsibilities

• Help with personal care tasks like dressing, washing, and grooming, giving clients a sense of dignity
• Support meal prep and medication to promote independence and health
• Tidy living spaces and assist with chores to create a clean and comfortable home
• Build trust and offer companionship that reduces isolation
• Stay alert to changes in behaviour or health and report as needed to protect clients’ wellbeing
• Document care activities carefully to keep the care team updated and responsive
