About the Role

From a helping hand with personal care to preparing meals or simply being someone to talk to, your support helps clients stay safe, independent, and valued in their own space.
You’ll be walking into homes as a stranger and leaving as someone they trust. Whether you’re helping with mobility, noticing changes in behaviour, or supporting someone through a tough day, every small moment adds up. You’ll never feel like just a number here.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on personal care with kindness and respect
- Support daily activities like dressing, grooming, and meal prep
- Assist with safe movement and mobility within the home
- Keep clear records and share relevant updates with the care team
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Report health or behaviour changes to ensure early intervention
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required.
Certificate of Sponsorship
Applications from job seekers who require current Skilled worker sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. For further information visit the UK Visas and Immigration website.
