Requirements

• Kind, compassionate nature and a desire to help others
• Ability to support with personal care including dressing and hygiene
• Good record-keeping and communication skills
• Graduate qualification taught and examined in English
• TB certificate and police clearance from country of origin (for international applicants)

As a Care Worker, you’ll be supporting older residents with day-to-day needs that matter. From helping someone feel clean and comfortable, to encouraging them to join a group activity, your work helps create a space where people feel respected and cared for. You’ll assist with everything from personal hygiene and laundry to medication administration and meal prep. This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to make someone’s day, every day. Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with dressing, washing and other personal care
• Help with cooking, cleaning and day-to-day home tasks
• Administer medication safely and accurately when needed
• Promote emotional wellbeing through companionship and gentle encouragement
• Maintain privacy and dignity in all interactions
• Keep accurate daily records and raise any health concerns
