As a Care Worker at Ambergreen Health and Social Care Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting and caring for our clients in their own homes. You will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of our clients while working autonomously in pairs or alone, without the rigidity of closed work environments like care homes or hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and caring for our clients in their own homes
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with medication
- Meal preparation and supporting with meal intake
- Shopping and light housekeeping duties
- Working alongside and providing support to other staff
