Requirements
- Experience or desire to work with vulnerable individuals with various complex needs
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate and confident in using IT for record keeping
- Full driving licence and access to own car (required)

About the Role
As a Care Worker at Cintre, you will provide person-centred support to help clients achieve independence. This includes assisting with personal care, supporting clients with limited mobility, and promoting a safe and secure environment. You will work both as part of a team and independently, ensuring the dignity and individuality of each client is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality person-centred support

- Promote and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Support clients with limited mobility
- Observe and follow support plans, completing daily records
- Report on the well-being of clients
