Requirements
- Genuine passion for helping others live independently
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Willingness to complete essential training like the Care Certificate
- Professional, patient, and respectful attitude at all times

Desirable
- Previous care experience in home care or care homes
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care routines, mobility, and medication
- Prepare meals and support with nutritional needs
- Maintain a clean, safe living space for clients
- Provide emotional support and social interaction
- Monitor wellbeing and promptly report any changes
- Follow safeguarding best practices to protect every client
- Accurately maintain care records and daily notes
