Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in any care setting is a plus, not a must
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A calm, patient nature with good communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check clearance
- Right to work in the UK – Skilled Worker Sponsorship available

Key Responsibilities
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with care and respect
- Assist clients with movement and mobility, including using aids safely
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary
- Offer companionship and keep the conversation flowing
- Administer and record medication based on care plans
- Spot changes in client health and report them promptly
- Keep client spaces clean, tidy, and safe
- Stick to company policies and personalised care plans

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. They’ll guide you through it if you haven’t got one already.
