Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in any care setting is a plus, not a must
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A calm, patient nature with good communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with care and respect
• Assist clients with movement and mobility, including using aids safely
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary
• Offer companionship and keep the conversation flowing
• Administer and record medication based on care plans
• Spot changes in client health and report them promptly
• Keep client spaces clean, tidy, and safe
• Stick to company policies and personalised care plans
