Salary Details:

£22,720 per annum, pro rata. The pay rate will increase for all hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.

As a Catering Assistant at BCUHB, you’ll play a crucial role in providing top-notch catering services to patients and staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals to patients and staff
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Work collaboratively as part of the catering team
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the catering department
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of catering services
  • Adapt to changing shift patterns and weekend work as required

Working Hours:

The role primarily involves shifts between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, over 5 days on a flexible rotation. This includes some weekend work and various shift patterns. You can expect more late shifts than early shifts.
