Requirements

• Experience working in a similar environment
• Qualification in QFC / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Previous budgeting experience
• High kitchen standards
• Ability to engage front-of-house

The position also includes responsibilities for kitchen hygiene, budgeting, and contributing to the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare freshly cooked meals with a focus on nutritional value
• Offer a variety of meal options to residents
• Assist with kitchen duties and ensure HACCP standards are met
• Manage menus within the allocated budget
• Maintain a strong presence at the front of the house
