Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician (GPhC) or Pharmacist (GPhC)
  • Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools
  • Experience working in a pharmacy setting (hospital or community)
  • Great communication skills and ability to present data clearly
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

Salary Details

This position offers a competitive NHS salary between £61,927 and £68,676 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This isn’t just another data role. You’ll be a strategic player leading data-driven decision-making in one of the busiest pharmacy departments in the UK. You’ll drive pharmacy analytics, embed AI into forecasting, and support transformation projects that improve drug safety, stock optimisation, and risk control. It’s about building a smarter, faster pharmacy operation—one insight at a time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain digital dashboards that drive real-time pharmacy decisions
  • Apply BI and AI tools to optimise drug usage and predict trends
  • Provide analytics support for inspections, audits, and CQC reviews
  • Lead data quality improvements across EPIC and other systems
  • Work with NHS stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to support integration and innovation
  • Deliver training on digital systems and boost data literacy across the department
