We are looking for a caring and dedicated Childcare Assistant to support the growth and development of young children in a safe, engaging, and educational environment. If you have a passion for childcare and want to make a positive impact, this role is perfect for you!
Your Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise & Engage – Ensure children’s safety while facilitating stimulating activities
✔ Educational Development – Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage social, emotional, and physical growth
✔ Daily Routine Management – Oversee meal times, nap schedules, and play sessions
✔ Effective Communication – Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to maintain a positive and nurturing environment
✔ Maintain Cleanliness – Keep the childcare area, toys, and equipment organized and sanitary
✔ Transport & Activities – Drive children to appointments, outings, or activities (Valid driving licence required)
✔ Support & Leadership – Guide junior staff and volunteers to uphold the academy’s high standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in childcare or early childhood education (essential)
✔ Strong English communication skills (to interact effectively with children and parents)
✔ Ability to multitask in a busy childcare environment
✔ Leadership skills to inspire young learners & support staff
✔ Understanding of nursery settings & early childhood education principles (preferred)
✔ A nurturing personality and a passion for working with children
