Our Residential Workers transform our houses into homes, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children. If you are resilient, compassionate, and ready to face both rewarding and challenging situations, this role could be perfect for you. You will be supported to achieve the mandatory Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within two years, opening up opportunities for career progression.

The role requires candidates to be 22 years or older, have lived in the UK for at least three years, and hold a valid driving license.
