Requirements

  • Nursing Associate Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Competent in Word, Outlook, Excel, and database systems
  • Strong communication and teaching ability
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A flexible and positive approach to change

About the Role

This Clinical Skills Nursing Associate role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on healthcare training. You’ll assist in delivering educational sessions across the Clinical Skills Centre, supporting simulation-based learning and ensuring that every training day runs smoothly.

Your work will help healthcare support staff develop the skills and confidence needed to deliver excellent care. You’ll support practical demonstrations, maintain training environments, and liaise with multidisciplinary teams to keep sessions organised and effective.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team known for its adaptability, professionalism, and hands-on teaching approach. Every day brings new challenges, from mentoring staff to setting up vital equipment.
