Salary Details

This Band 2 role offers £24,465 per annum on a part-time basis (25 hours weekly).

About the Role

As a Clinical Support Worker, you’ll provide hands-on, compassionate care to patients under the guidance of registered professionals. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values empathy, precision, and teamwork. Every task you perform—from assisting with personal care to preparing patients for procedures—directly improves comfort, safety, and recovery. You’ll help create a calm and respectful environment where patients and families feel supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support registered professionals in delivering personalised, safe care
  • Assist patients with daily activities, helping them maintain dignity and comfort
  • Observe and report changes in patient conditions accurately
  • Maintain clean, organised clinical areas to ensure patient safety
  • Provide reassurance and information to patients and families
  • Communicate clearly within the team to support coordinated care
  • Uphold confidentiality and infection control standards
  • Engage in training to develop clinical and interpersonal skills
