KUBRA is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join their DevSecOps team. This role focuses on enhancing and securing KUBRA’s cloud platforms and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud technologies (AWS required, Azure/GCP optional)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS, NIST, CIS, and other security frameworks
- Experience with DevOps or software development environments is a plus

About the Role
As the Cloud Security Engineer, the main responsibility will be performing security assessments and developing tools for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of KUBRA’s cloud-based systems. The role involves working closely with internal teams to maintain security across all KUBRA platforms, designing secure infrastructure, and implementing automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide detailed reports for management
- Implement security services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Collaborate with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams for secure cloud infrastructure development
- Support risk assessments with KUBRA’s Risk Team
- Build security tools focusing on automation
- Ensure compliance with security standards (PCI-DSS, NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Provide security guidance to software development teams
