Requirements:

  • Demonstrable care experience in the UK
  • Strong written and verbal English skills

  • Full driver’s license and access to own vehicle
  • Ability to meet UKVI requirements for Skilled Worker Visa

About the Role

As a Community Living Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals with complex needs within their homes and the community. Your duties will involve assisting with personal care, medication, daily living tasks, and helping individuals participate in recreational activities and appointments. The role includes working a combination of day shifts and back shifts, with opportunities for additional hours or sleepover shifts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with communication, mealtimes, and daily living tasks
  • Accompany individuals to social activities, appointments, and college
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals and their families
  • Participate in regular training and professional development
