The salary sits between £27,485 and £30,162 per year pro rata depending on experience.
About the Role
This role sits at the heart of the community. You would support people living with mental health needs as they move toward steadier routines and more independence. You would help them build skills find local support and stay connected to what matters to them. You would also work alongside practitioners across different services which keeps the day varied and meaningful. Your presence can shape someone’s recovery journey in a real way and that impact tends to stay with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily living tasks so service users feel more in control of their routines
- Help people access community resources which strengthens their support network
- Monitor wellbeing to spot changes early and keep people safe
- Carry out Carers Assessments to make sure families get the right help
- Work with service users on recovery plans which keeps their goals at the centre
- Report any safeguarding concerns to protect those who need extra care
- Collaborate with the wider team so service users receive coordinated support

A standard or enhanced DBS check will be required.
