Responsibilities:

The Materials Coordinator is responsible for planning and maintaining inventory levels consistent with the needs of capital construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support material requirements of engineering, central distribution centers, and field operations teams.
  • Maintain appropriate stocking levels of critical inventory.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize surplus inventory versus procuring from a third-party source.
  • Assist in the data transition during the migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion (20-25%).
  • Participate in Business Transformation activities leading up to Oracle Fusion go-live through early to mid-post implementation (20-25%).
  • Create item numbers for inventory materials and maintain the item master.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a database to associate essential assets with critical inventory repair parts (20-25%).
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned (0-5%).
