Your New Role As a Customer Care Manager, you will lead a small team of approximately seven customer service professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing training and coaching to improve their skills, including soft skills. You will also manage team reporting, utilizing software like Excel and Salesforce to analyze customer metrics such as onboarding, service follow-up, and customer dissatisfaction. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience through continuous review and improvement. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.
