About the Role:
Teleperformance is hiring dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support their CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) client. In this role, representatives will handle inbound calls, answering general inquiries and guiding customers through the online CSCS card application process. CSCS cards verify the qualifications of construction workers, helping to improve safety and standards across UK construction sites. Representatives will need to actively listen, ask appropriate questions, and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information on the CSCS application process and resolve customer questions
  • Assist customers with online application navigation and troubleshooting
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
