Job Summary

DataAnnotation is looking for a Customer Service Representative – AI Trainer to help train AI chatbots by engaging in conversations, measuring their progress, and creating new dialogues. This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose projects based on your availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse conversations with AI chatbots across various topics.
• Provide high-quality written responses to specific prompts.
• Evaluate and compare the performance of different AI models.
• Perform research and fact-checking to ensure AI responses are accurate and original.

Qualifications

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience as a Freelance Writer, Content Writer, Editor, Copywriter, Copy Editor, or background in journalism and media.
