  • 12 months of customer service experience (contact centre experience preferred)
  • Retail experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Office tools

About the Role:
Teleperformance is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives for the Ralph Lauren brand. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the voice of a prestigious fashion company, assisting customers from around the world with their inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.

The position is based at City Park, Alexandra Parade, Glasgow, and requires on-site presence. It’s a fast-paced and dynamic role where each day brings new challenges and opportunities. Successful candidates will be flag bearers for the Ralph Lauren brand, providing outstanding customer service and embodying the company’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations across multiple communication channels
  • Provide direct feedback to peers and the Ralph Lauren client
  • Support daily administrative tasks
  • Manage specialist Tier 1 queues to enhance customer experience
  • Complete second contact resolution across all channels
  • Identify customer requirements and deliver proactive solutions
  • Promote brand values and become a knowledge expert in Ralph Lauren products and services
  • Manage personal performance using Monthly Balanced Performance Scorecards
  • Ensure data protection and security adherence

Work Schedule:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Shifts between 08:00-21:00 Monday to Friday
  • 08:00-18:00 Saturday and Sunday
  • Weekend availability required
