The Opportunity:
Teleperformance is on the hunt for a Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in central Bristol. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people and has a knack for providing excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers with online subscription queries, playing a crucial role in supporting a global customer base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to emails, assisting customers with their online subscription enquiries and account management
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve, using effective questioning and active listening skills
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, always striving to maximize opportunities
  • Engage with a variety of customers, providing information and support to create a unique customer experience

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems competently
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping people
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Shift Information:
37.5 hours per week with shifts set between:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am – 10pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9am – 6pm
