About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist at Teleperformance, the primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to customers on behalf of a government campaign. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting with employment status inquiries, benefit payments, and general claims, all while ensuring adherence to government guidelines. The ideal candidate will make a meaningful impact by helping those in need during the ongoing cost of living crisis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound telephone queries related to government services
  • Assist customers with Universal Credit claims and other support inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to customers
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
