Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner
- Ability to empathise with customers and manage complex conversations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working towards achievable performance targets
- Full flexibility to work any shift between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm, Monday to Sunday

About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the Banking and Financial Services sector. You’ll handle telephone, email, webchat, and social media interactions, using your problem-solving skills to ensure each query is resolved quickly and professionally.
You’ll also ensure all customers receive service that meets strict regulatory standards designed to protect them and uphold trust in the financial industry. It’s a role that rewards empathy, communication, and composure — and where every conversation counts.
