The salary ranges from £39,263 to £47,280 depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst Level 3, you’ll turn data into insights that drive better health outcomes across Wales. You’ll collaborate with teams across DHCW to deliver dashboards, performance reports, and analytical models that inform key decisions.
Every dataset you interpret helps hospitals and clinicians make evidence-based choices that improve patient outcomes. You’ll design reporting tools that simplify complexity, ensuring that leaders and frontline staff can act quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and modelling support to improve healthcare operations.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and shape data solutions.
- Translate data into actionable insights that help drive performance.
- Maintain data integrity by managing databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Share best practices in analysis and reporting to build a strong data culture.
