About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in accelerating our global growth. Based primarily in Germany, you’ll shape the future of our analytics landscape, introduce innovative approaches, and enable our Sales, Product, and Content teams to make informed decisions for our global customers.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand their business questions and provide data-driven consultation.
- Generate Impact: Apply state-of-the-art data solutions to business challenges, driving significant impact in analytics.
- Work Models: Navigate both B2C and B2B business models to enhance decision-making and support customer retention.
- Customer Insights: Understand customer behavior to make engagement and content recommendations.
- Advocate: Promote a test-and-learn culture, encouraging stakeholders to make strategic decisions for long-term success.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Analytics or Data Science.
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for handling big data and deriving actionable insights.
- Business Understanding: Excellent grasp of business models, especially B2B, with a track record of delivering impactful data insights.
- Communication: Strong writing skills in English, able to translate complex data into concise, actionable text for a non-technical audience.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, eager to work with both the Data Team and business stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for team building and strategy meetings, and to work across different time zones.
