Data Analysts at ONS are expected to:

Eligibility & Requirements

Essential Criteria

• Proficient analytical skills using relevant software.
• Ability to source, validate, and interpret data for decision-making.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data clearly.
• Collaborative approach to project work.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following:

• A 2:1 degree in economics.
• A 2:1 in a social science subject with sufficient research content.
• A 2:2 in a numerate subject with taught statistical content.
